THE VITALITY PROGRAM INITIAL CONSULTATION A Comprehensive, Whole-Person Assessment for Lasting Wellness, Resilience, and Function The Vitality Program Initial Consultation is a two-hour, in-depth evaluation designed to understand your body, mind, and daily patterns in a way that traditional health or fitness assessments simply do not address. This consultation brings together the full scope of my integrative training—functional fitness assessment, Ayurvedic diagnostics, aromatherapy profiling, herbal knowledge, nervous-system regulation, and lifestyle evaluation—to create a highly personalized and results-driven wellness plan.
