Our fasting group provides support, community, and resources. We participate in 2 monthly fasts. Benefits of Being a Fasting Member Community It’s better to do life together! Pillar 2: The method There is alot to read about fasting and no one wants to just starve themselves for a day or multiple days. This is a different kind of fast and not meant to deplete you. Generally our experiences with fasting is merely for an ultrasound, colonoscopy or in preparation for some type of surgery.
