Belinda discovered the practices of Yoga, Meditation and  self healing modalities on her road to understanding the critical role she played in her own self-healing. She believes that through the practice of Yoga, Meditation, Exercise, Food choice and healing modalities for sefl care create our internal power to rely on our bodies own mechanisms to heal from within.   

Belinda continues to strengthen her discipline through continuous practice of  physical exercise,  meditation, yoga, herbalism, aromatherapy and reiki.  She is  driven to educating and guiding clients to regain and protect every aspect of their well-being — spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physical.  Her teachings help relieve the suffering of patients, families, and staff and has taught such disciplines at Yale School of Medicine.

Belinda offers concrete, practical steps to help you capture your love of life. To assist you into self-care as a natural expression of your love of self, others and life itself.


Belinda's journey has brought her private practice to Arizona, but  continues providing services via internet and skype which makes it possible to work together no matter where you are.
