CT SHORELINE WALKS
A welcoming movement community designed for people who want to walk more, move better, and feel stronger in their bodies — without pressure, comparison, or extremes.

Our foundation is simple:

-
We are starting with flat, easy 3-mile street walks primarily in Old Saybrook and Essex
-
A focus on pain-free movement, fresh air, and seasonal alignment

This group is ideal for you if you want to:

-
Walk consistently without pain
-
Feel safer and stronger in your body
-
Connect with others who value movement and nature
-
Prepare gradually for longer walks or challenges
-
Stay active through every season

You do not need to be fit, fast, or experienced.
You simply need to be willing to show up.

Walking here is treated as more than exercise. It is a practice — a way to regulate your nervous system, improve posture, build functional strength, and cultivate steady, sustainable endurance.
