Mercy by the Sea Come for an easy flowing Yoga Class A Yoga Reiki share is provided to all those interested in practicing Yoga and Reiki. It is a time for sharing experiences and helping each other develop skills and practices in a safe environment. Enjoy the healing effect, release stress and tension, and relax your mind, body and spirit with Reiki and Yoga movement. We learn from one another’s individual experiences and understanding. We discuss, share, receive and send healing. Join us to experience immense healing which is blissfully relaxing and rejuvenating.
